RETURNING PLAYERS FROM Spring or Fall 2018:
- Complete the Registration Form online by midnight prior to the registration date. Your child’s birth certificate is still on file with WSA so you do not need to bring it to registration.

MiniWee Eligibility: CHILDREN BORN AFTER JUNE 2016 ARE NOT ELIGIBLE
U5 – U12/14 Eligibility: CHILDREN BORN BEFORE JANUARY 1, 2005 ARE NOT ELIGIBLE
NEW PLAYERS – If your child never played in the WSA league:
- Complete the online Registration Form BEFORE the registration date.
- ORIGINAL birth certificate must be presented at registration–no exceptions to provide on another date.
ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE MUST BE PRESENTED AT REGISTRATION.
NO EXCEPTIONS TO PROVIDE IT AT A LATER DATE.
RETURNING PLAYERS the past two seasons (Spring or Fall 2019):
Do NOT complete the online form because it will create a duplicate entry in our database.
A pre-filled form will be available at Registration.
RETURNING PLAYERS FROM 2017 AND PRIOR:
- Complete the Registration Form online by midnight prior to the registration date.
- ORIGINAL birth certificate must be presented at registration–no exceptions to provide on another date.
ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE MUST BE PRESENTED AT REGISTRATION.
NO EXCEPTIONS TO PROVIDE IT AT A LATER DATE.
