Our programs are organized by volunteers which means volunteer participation is necessary. Everything from coaching to administration requires parents to volunteer and participate. Please review the for ways you can get involved.

If a parent/guardian of a participant will not be available to register their child during the registration opportunities published on our website, they may send a friend or relative on their behalf to register their child. Due to limited volunteer resources, we will not accommodate requests to register children other than during the registration opportunities indicated on the Registration page.

Here's what's required for registration:

You do not need to bring the child to registration and if you are not bringing them, please bring a pair of shorts and t-shirt or jersey that fits them properly so you can use it to compare with the uniform samples which will be available at registration for sizing. Below is the uniform sizing chart provided by the vendor:

Measuring Guidelines:

Chest: Measure around the widest part of the chest, just under the arms and around the shoulder blades, keeping the tape firm and level.

Waist: Measure at the height you prefer to wear your waistband; keep the tape loose but level.

If the child did not play soccer with WSA in the past two years, then you must bring their original birth certificate and a legible copy (WSA keeps the copy). We may not have a copier at registration, so you must bring a legible photocopy of the birth certificate (black and white is fine) that we must keep for our records. Hospital, Baptismal or religious certificates will not be accepted. Foreign birth certificates are acceptable if accompanied by a certified translation. We will not be able to register your child without their original legal birth certificate and a photocopy. Due to the significant number of parents who failed to provide the birth certificate to our Registrar after they registered, and because we need to see the original birth certificate, we will no longer accept registration of a new participant without the original birth certificate at the time of registration. WSA cannot accept requests to fax or mail birth certificates. If you are not comfortable giving your child's birth certificate to the person who will be registering your child on your behalf, you may scan and email the original birth certificate, no later than 24 hours PRIOR to registration, to the general email address on the website.

Cash or check payable to Westchase Soccer Association (or WSA) in the appropriate amount. $70 – MiniWee, $90 for U5 – U12. A $10 sibling discount will be given for each additional sibling.

If the child is a returning player from last season, a pre-printed registration form will be available at registration. Due to the growth of our league and limited field space and volunteer resources, there may be a limited number of teams. Players will be registered based on the number of volunteer Head coaches, so please do not delay volunteering to be the Head coach as your child will not be guaranteed a spot on a roster (even if you've been with WSA for a very long time - sorry!). Exceptions will be made, where possible, for active volunteers who assist with the operation of the league.

Our general refund policy is that there are no refunds; however, the Board reserves the right to review requests on a case-by-case basis.
All refunds granted will be subject to a $20 non-refundable administrative fee.
